Museli, the uncooked cousin of granola, is a mix of crunchy and chewy ingredients designed to provide the body with slow release energy, protein and natural sugars. Traditionally made with oats or other grains, nuts, seeds and dried fruit, the original doesn’t always work for allergy sufferers, may contain oil and processed sugars and be high in omega 6 whilst low in omega 3.
This easy to make version is protein rich, packed full of omega 3s, stable fruit sugars and antioxidants. Immune boosting, energising and great tasting, this perfectly sweet and crunchy muesli is gluten free, nut free, refined sugar free, soya free, sesame free and oil free.
