Creamy and milky, subtly sweet and full of flavour, this banana chocolate chia pudding is light yet filling and delicious as breakfast or dessert.
Decadent and indulgent yet filled with wholefood goodness, plant fats and fruit, this chia pudding is satisfying whilst being free from processed sugars and dairy.
Makes Two Servings
- 1 tsp lucuma powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 20 g grated cacao butter
- 145 g banana
- 200 ml almond milk
Blend all of the ingredients apart from the chia seeds until smooth.
To make your own almond milk, blend 1 cup almonds with 3 cups water and strain through a nut milk bag or muslin.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the chia. Refrigerate for 30 minutes stirring after 10 minutes and again before serving.
