Banana Yoghurt

Thick, rich, sweet and creamy, with a hint of citrusy sourness, this raw vegan banana yoghurt is easy and quick to make from just three wholefood ingredients.

Makes Two Servings


  • 1 tbsp baobab powder
  • 140 g coconut butter (if the oil has separated, avoid including it)
  • 200 g ripe banana


  • 40 ml water


In a high speed blender, process the ingredients until smooth, adding the water for a runnier consistency.

Eat immediately alone or topped with sliced banana and granola.
