Chocolate and orange make a delicious combination and this smoothie bowl recipe combines these two flavours to create a cold and creamy dish perfect for breakfast, a sweet snack or as a dessert.
Free from dairy and refined sugar these chocolate orange smoothie bowls are made from cacao powder and fruit to make a sweet and natural smoothie topped with the crunch and creaminess of cacao nibs and cashews.
Oranges are known for their vitamin C benefits yet they are also a good source of B vitamins, folate, calcium, copper and potassium and their peel is a rich source of phytonutrients that help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels and provide the body with anti inflammatory, anti viral, anti allergenic and anti carcinogenic support.
