Four Ingredient Raw Super Fruit Bars

These four ingredient raw super fruit bars are easy to make, allergen free and packed full of nutrition.

Goji berries provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support. Mulberries support blood circulation and strengthen the liver and kidneys. Dates are rich in magnesium and iron and support bone health. Strawberries are rich in bioavailable vitamin C and help maintain a healthy heart.

Makes 6 bars


  • ½ cup dried goji berries
  • 1½ cups dried mulberries
  • 2 tbsp freeze dried strawberry powder
  • 4 medjool dates


Combine the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until they stick together. Shape inside a lined square or rectangular dish and cut into desired sizes.

These will keep refrigerated and can be cut into small squares to top smoothie bowls or shaped into energy balls.
