Grievances and Grudges

Today I give up my grievances and grudges.

I notice when my mind wanders to focus on them and I resist the urge to engage with thoughts about them.

I value my time and choose to spend it on things that affirm my wonderful life.

I value my health and choose to energise an experience that is joyful and satisfying.

I am worthy of enjoying a happy inner world.

I broadcast that happiness outside of myself.

I give up the habit of reliving my grudges and grievances.

I spend my time on self love, self care and self trust.
