Quick and Easy Chocolate Rawnola

Sweet, creamy, filling, moreish and packed full of nutrients and plant based protein, this quick and easy chocolate rawnola involves processing together just eight ingredients to make a delicious dish perfect with milk, on top of ice cream, smoothie bowls or just eaten by the spoon.

To make this a truly raw recipe requires all raw ingredients. Raw food is touted as beneficial due to its uncooked state which preserves the enzymes, minerals and nutrients in food and is thought to require less energy to digest. A raw food diet can be especially cleansing and detoxifying for the body and the less processed, the more healing and supportive it will be.


  • 1 tbsp carob powder
  • 1 tbsp lucuma powder
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 25 g cashews
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 40 g almonds
  • 70 g coconut chips
  • 100 g dates


In a high speed blender or food processor, process the ingredients on the lowest setting until well combined and broken down.

Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week.
