Creamy, rich, salty and garlicky, this savoury raw pasta is healthy indulgence kept fresh tasting by the tomatoes and courgette.
Makes One Serving
- 180 g tomatoes
- 220 g peeled courgette
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Himalayan salt
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 120 ml water
Spiralise or shred the peeled courgette and finely dice the tomatoes.
Blend the rest of the ingredients into a smooth, creamy sauce. Use less salt if preferred.
Mix everything together well and season with black pepper.
