Golden milk is everywhere. An anti-inflammatory drink that supports immune health and digestion, this lightly flavoured raw version is just as good for you as the hot stuff.
Coconut is a superfood. Full of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, it has the power to enhance the benefits of foods consumed along with it. It is antiviral, antibacterial and antipathogenic. Turmeric is anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antimicrobial and antifungal as well as a rich source of antioxidants. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer, tumours and cysts. Black pepper is much more than just a condiment. A powerful antioxidant with antibacterial properties, it supports skin health, respiratory function, proper digestion and increases the bioavailability of other foods.
Not only is raw golden milk a super healthy diet addition, it tastes amazing and is easy to make.
