Sweet, crumbly and chewy, these raw vegan cinnamon mulberry cookies are made with just five whole food ingredients that make them protein rich, a great source of healthy fats and sweetened with fruit sugar.
Makes 16 Cookies
- 2 tbsp ground Ceylon cinnamon
- 40 g Brazil nuts
- 75 g buckwheat groats
- 135 g almonds
- 170 g dried mulberries
In a food processor or high speed blender, process the ingredients until a crumbly dough has formed that is clumping together.
Roll out and cut into cookies. Store in an airtight container for three days.
