When it comes to energy balls and bites to snack on, recipes often focus on sweet flavours and ingredients. These versatile three ingredient savoury bites are perfect for times we don’t want something sweet and can be eaten alone raw, crumbled onto salads, pasta, pizza, baked potato, nachos and even baked for 10 minutes at 180°C and used in place of meatballs.

Makes 20 Bites
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 40 g sundried tomatoes (dry and not in oil)
- 150 g sunflower seeds
Process the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor until well combined and sticking together. Roll into balls and store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
